All paid for letter are treated with absolute confidence, you can feel assured that whatever you wish to ask is not disclosed to anyone, and never published. If you pay for a freemail reply, then I treat you letter exactly the same,except in certain occasions I will publish a letter, this only happens if I feel an issue raised in a letter could help someone else.
Are Teenage letters always answered?
I answer as many as possible, not all letters can be answered, but all are read! 90% Will receive a reply!
I am a teenager, how do I go about emailing you? And will my letter be in confidence?

I only ever publish a letter if I feel it will be of help and assistance to other teenagers and there is no personal references to particular people in it. No names or contact details are ever published! Please feel safe to email me!

Yes, I save all letters for reference in possible future letters or discussions. Teenage letters are also saved.
